Rawiller has only ridden Paris Match in one of her eight career starts, but is the only hoop to have won on the talented filly after steering her to victory in the Mobile Types And More Maiden (1200m) at Wyong on January 27.

Glen Boss has ridden Paris Match in her past three starts and did nothing wrong on the daughter of Street Cry when she finished a narrow second behind Tinto in the Listed Gold Coast Bracelet on May 3, but Cummings said that he is happy to give Rawiller, who has an excellent relationship with Paris Match’s owner John Singleton, another opportunity on the filly.

“Nash Rawiller takes over from Bossy,” Cummings said.

“Nash is Singo’s number one rider whenever he can and he is available for the Oaks, so he jumps on.”

Paris Match was given her maiden opportunity at Group level when she finished seventh behind Zanbagh in the Group 3 Keith Nolan Classic (1600m) at Kembla Grange and produced an improved performance when she finished fourth behind Arabian Gold in the Group 3 Adrian Knox Stakes (2000m) at Royal Randwick on April 12.

The three-year-old stamped herself as a genuine contender for the Group 1 Queensland Oaks (2400m) at Eagle Farm on May 31 with her impressive effort in the Gold Coast Bracelet and Cummings believes that her form is good enough to be competitive in the Group 1 event.

“She is getting ready to go to Brisbane next week for a shot at the Oaks,” Cummings said.

“Her run the other day behind Tinto was excellent, she only just got nosed out, and her run before that behind Arabian Gold was very good.

“She has the right form lines to go to the Oaks and she is enjoying her work.”

Paris Match is currently available at 2014 Queensland Oaks of $16; with Arabian Gold ($2) a dominant favourite from Rock Diva ($7), Khutulun ($8) and Hera ($8.50).

Cummings is chasing his first win in the Queensland Oaks after finishing second with Nothin’ Leica Cat in 2009 and missing the placings with Ireland’s Teardrop (2013), Jahre (2011), Ambitious Princess (2010), Galileo’s Daughter (2008) and Raring (2007).
