Nash Rawiller‘s application for stay of proceedings to VCAT has been declined and he won’t ride Unusual Suspect in the Melbourne Cup.
Rawiller was suspended for eight meetings on a careless riding charge also at Bendigo.
His original appeal was dismissed by the Racing Appeals and Disciplinary Board last Friday.
The RAD Board shaved one meeting off his penalty.
