The Gold Coast gears up for another Magic Millions spectacle this Saturday, with the 3YO Guineas shaping up as a fascinating contest.

Ciaron Maher‘s star filly Snitzanova is the clear favourite at $5.50 in 2025 Magic Millions 3YO Guineas betting online through Ladbrokes, but will she face a challenge from one of the contenders drawn wider out?

Snitzanova has been nothing short of phenomenal, winning her last three races in a row.

Her most recent victory came in the prestigious Group 2 Sandown Guineas, showcasing her ability to compete at the highest level in the spring in Melbourne.

While she hasn’t raced since that November triumph, trainer Ciaron Maher is known for his meticulous preparation, and Snitzanova is expected to be cherry-ripe for this race fresh and ready to fire.

The Magic Millions Guineas barrier draw has not been kind to some of the main challengers.

Bauhinia ($9), trained by Lee & Cherie Curtis, will need to overcome barrier 18, while Peter Snowden‘s Tuileries faces a similar challenge from the widest barrier (18).

Interestingly, three of the past four winners jumped from double-digit barriers, so an upset could be on the cards.

Peter Snowden, a two-time winner of the race with Aim (2020) and King Of Sparta (2021), will also saddle up King Of Roseau ($13) for this year’s edition.

Bittercreek ($12), runner-up to Snitzanova in the Sandown Guineas, should not be underestimated, while Give Me Space ($12), a recent Group 3 Vo Rogue Plate winner, is another horse to consider despite an outside draw.

The 2025 Magic Millions 3YO Guineas promises to be another thrilling edition of the 1400m Restricted Listed feature with $3 million in prize money on offer.

With Snitzanova leading the charge, but facing potential challengers and the lottery of the barrier draw, this race is sure to keep fans on the edge of their seats.

Don’t miss all the action this Saturday at the Gold Coast!
