Jockey Dwayne Dunn has been enlisted to ride rising Perth star Fuddle Dee Duddle in the Listed Blue Diamond Preview for fillies on January 26.

Fuddle Dee Duddle will resume in this Saturday’s Westspeed Plate at Ascot after having a two month spell.

The two-year-old filly has had one win from two starts, winning the $50,000 Buildex Climseal 5 Plate Handicap for two-year-olds on November 5.

Managing owner Eddie Rigg believes the Red Ransom filly will continue her success in this Saturday’s race.

“We expect her to go well on Saturday and to be on the plane the following Tuesday,” Rigg said.

The filly trialled at Lark Hill on Monday, where she finished second to Angry Squatter over 400 metres.

Fuddle Dee Duddle’s main target of her campaign will be the $250,000 Inglis Premier, which will take place on February 15 at Mornington.

“There is a $50,000 buyers’ bonus on top of the first stake which makes the Inglis Premier a valuable race to win,” Rigg said.

“She is (also) entered in the Blue Diamond and Golden Slipper.”

Rigg also owns talented three-year-old Bliss Street, who is working towards a start in the Group 2 Light Fingers Stakes at Warwick Farm on February 18.

Bliss Street only had a short spell and will resume shorty for the autumn carnival.

“She was very fit and only went out for three and a half weeks,” Rigg said.

“We took her down to the farm where she was tired for the first eight days, but picked up remarkably over the next two weeks.

“This gives her the chance to pick up more interstate Black Type.”

Bliss Street has won four of her 12 race starts and earned more than $330,000 in prize money.

The Flying Spur filly won the Group 3 1000 Guineas Prelude in September before finishing second to Mosheen in the Group 2 Edward Manifold Stakes at her next start.
