English is into 2017 All Aged Stakes odds of $3.20 and the money is expected to continue to roll in for the talented mare ahead of the Group 1 event at Royal Randwick this afternoon.
English beat Black Heart Bart and Kermadec to win the 2016 All Aged Stakes and she has followed the exact same path to the race in 2017.
She returned to the races with an impressive win in the Group 2 Challenge Stakes (1000m) at Royal Randwick on March 4 before she was slightly flat second-up in the Group 1 The Galaxy (1100m) at Rosehill Gardens on March 17.
English looked as though she had the Group 1 TJ Smith Stakes (1200m) won at Royal Randwick on April 1, but she was caught by Chautauqua late in a performance that still had plenty of merit.
She was available at 2017 All Aged Stakes odds of $3.70 earlier in the week, but she was well-backed on Thursday following the news that she would be passed fit to contest the race.
Le Romain remains on the second line of the All Aged Stakes betting market with Ladbrokes, but has been a big drifter in the past 24 hours and he is out to a price of $4.20.
He had excuses when he failed to fire in the Group 1 Doncaster Mile (1600m) at Royal Randwick on April 1 and before that he chased Winx home in the Group 1 George Ryder Stakes (1500m) at Rosehill Gardens on March 18 and took out the Group 1 Canterbury Stakes (1300m) at Royal Randwick on March 4.
Another drifter in All Aged Stakes betting markets has been Newmarket Handicap winner Redkirk Warrior, who is now out to $6.50.
While English remains on top of All Aged Stakes betting markets, the market mover with Ladbrokes has been Tivaci, who has been backed from $13 into $8.50.
Tivaci raced well in both the Newmarket Handicap and the TJ Smith Stakes and he steps-up to 1400 metres for the first time this preparation.
Newmarket Handicap runner-up Voodoo Lad ($7.50) and Chris Waller-trained McCreery ($9) are the only other horses available at single-figure All Aged Stakes odds, while Japonisme ($34), veteran sprinter Famous Seamus ($101) and Caulfield Guineas winner Divine Prophet ($14) have all remained steady at their current price.
