The 2014 Vinery Stud Stakes final field and barrier draw has been released; with a capacity field of sixteen fillies set to contest the Group 1 event at Rosehill Gardens this weekend.

Zanbagh was well-backed to win the Vinery Stud Stakes at the start of the week, but will need plenty of luck in running after drawing barrier nineteen at the barrier draw this morning.
The Bernardini filly was narrowly denied a maiden win at Group 1 level during the 2013 Spring Racing Carnival, finishing second in the Group 1 Crown Oaks (2500m), and made steady improvement during her autumn preparation before winning the Group 3 Keith Nolan Classic (1600m) at Kembla Grange on March 23.
Another filly that had no luck in the 2014 Vinery Stud Stakes barrier draw is Nigel Blackiston-trained Suavito, who will jump from barrier 15, once the emergencies are removed, with Damien Oliver on her back.
Suavito has been a consistent performer throughout her racing career, but is still chasing a maiden win at Group level after finishing third in the Group 2 Kewney Stakes (1400m) and second in the Listed Alexandra Stakes (1600m).
New Zealand-trained fillies Rising Romance and Miss Mossman are both set to make their Australian racing debuts in the 2014 Vinery Stud Stakes; with Rising Romance overcoming a stone bruise in the lead-up to the Group 1 event.
Trainer Donna Logan informed Racing New South Wales Stewards yesterday that Rising Romance (barrier nine) had a stone bruise, but confirmed yesterday afternoon that the New Zealand Derby runner-up would head to Sydney and trot in front of stewards on Friday morning.
Miss Mossman has had no setbacks in the lead-up to the Vinery Stud Stakes and will jump from barrier three with leading Sydney jockey Nash Rawiller on board.
Talented filly Solicit has been included in the 2014 Vinery Stud Stakes field and has drawn ideally in barrier seven.
Solicit started her autumn preparation with two front-running wins in the Group 3 The Vanity (1400m) at Flemington on February 15 and the Group 2 Kewney Stakes (1400m) at the same venue on March 8 before suffering a surprise defeat in the Listed Alexandra Stakes (1600m) at Moonee Valley on March 21.
Connections have now decided to set the Street Cry filly for the Group 1 Australian Oaks (2400m) at Royal Randwick on April 12, after originally considering a tilt at the Group 1 Australasian Oaks (2000m), and she will be stepping up to a staying trip for the first time since she finished third in the Crown Oaks last year.
Alexandra Stakes winner Marianne (barrier four), the Chris Waller-trained duo of Define (barrier ten) and All Cerise (barrier two), last start winner All My Loving (barrier 16), and classy filly Lucia Valentina (barrier 11) have also been included in the 2014 Vinery Stud Stakes field.
